RETURNS

In the rare instance that you need to return your purchase follow the below instructions:

1. Contact us at info@ezscrapbooks.com to let us know you want to do a return for refund and the reason why.
2. Make sure the product you are trying to return has been purchased in the last 30 days.  Anything older than that is not eligible for a refund.
3. Package the product in a new box and be sure to protect the corners with packing materials.  If the product arrives in not sellable condition than a refund will not be available.
4. Send the package to EZscrapbooks, 1411 N Division Ave. - Space C, Sandpoint ID 83864.
5. When the product is received and checked in as sellable than a full product refund will be submitted.
